DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Green Minds Youth Initiative (GMYI) appreciates every donation made to support our mission of environmental conservation, climate action, youth empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.

1. Purpose of Donations

All donations will be used to support GMYI’s programs and activities, including:

Environmental conservation, tree planting and mangrove restoration.

Plastic waste management, recycling and climate action.

Environmental education and school environmental clubs.

Youth empowerment, skills training and sustainable livelihoods.

Snail farming and other sustainable agricultural projects.

Green enterprises and community development initiatives.

Project transport, equipment, supplies and reasonable administrative costs necessary to implement our activities.

2. Use of Donations

GMYI is committed to using all donations responsibly and transparently. Donations designated for specific projects will be used for their intended purposes. If a project cannot proceed or has surplus funds, GMYI will seek an appropriate alternative consistent with the donor’s intentions and applicable requirements.

3. Accountability and Transparency

GMYI will maintain proper financial records and use donations in line with its mission and organizational objectives. Where appropriate, project updates and reports may be shared to demonstrate the impact of donations.

4. Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, duplicate payments, payment errors and suspected unauthorized transactions may be reviewed upon request.

5. Privacy

Donor information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with GMYI’s Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
